Is Mark Systems related to ECI Mark Systems?
No. ECI Mark Systems is a US-based ERP solutions provider. Mark Systems is an independent Quebec company. No commercial or corporate affiliation.
How does the NEXOS pipeline work?
NEXOS coordinates 56 specialized AI agents across 6 phases (discovery, strategy, design, content, build, QA). Each transition goes through a SOIC quality gate. The result: a complete Next.js site, Law 25 compliant, with a verified quality score.
What type of clients do you work with?
Mostly Quebec SMBs and startups that need a solid website, automation or an AI agent. We also take on technical mandates for larger companies.
What's the timeline for a website?
A showcase site (10-15 pages, bilingual FR/EN, Law 25 compliant) is delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. More complex projects (SaaS, dashboards, multiple integrations) take 4 to 8 weeks.
Are the websites compliant with Law 25?
Yes. Every site includes an opt-in consent banner, a privacy policy, legal notices and an incident process. Compliance is automatically verified by SOIC's D8 quality gate before deployment.
Is the source code accessible?
Yes. Client sites are delivered with complete source code (Next.js, TypeScript). Several of our products are open-source on GitHub (NEXOS, GENCORE, OSIRIS Scanner).
